Arizona Peaches

Snowflake, AZ

About

Ashley Westcott and Linsey Merrill, known as Arizona Peaches, are a dynamic musical duo whose harmonies echo the vast skies and rugged beauty of their home in Arizona’s White Mountains. Affectionately dubbed “The Peaches” by their Snowflake community, their musical journey began in 2021 when they first sang together in church. What started as a shared love for gospel music quickly blossomed into a powerful artistic partnership, officially launched in early 2024—since then, they’ve become one of the Southwest’s most exciting rising acts.

Linsey Merrill brings a soulful, cowboy-inspired energy shaped by childhood rides through the Superstition Mountains and a deep reverence for country storytelling. Classically trained, her musical roots run deep into jazz—she recalls lying on the floor as a child, mesmerized by her uncle’s piano playing, and attending Big Band concerts where her grandfather performed on trumpet. This rich foundation allows her to move seamlessly from sultry ballads like Blue Bayou to high-octane anthems like Wildflowers and Wild Horses, delivering every note with raw authenticity and emotional depth.
Ashley Westcott, a multi-instrumentalist and 2024 Academy of Western Artists nominee, infuses the duo with refined versatility and a legacy of Western tradition. Descended from Hall of Fame rancher Bill Douglass, Ashley’s connection to Arizona’s heritage runs deep. Her musical journey led her to Nashville, where she recorded alongside industry legends like James Mitchell and Rob Wright, honing a sound that blends classic country with modern artistry. Refined, personable, and undeniably captivating, Ashley transforms every performance into a memorable experience—whether it’s an intimate gathering or a high-energy festival stage.
Together, The Peaches master an impressive array of instruments—electric and acoustic guitar, fiddle, mandolin, dobro, piano, and even the jaw harp—allowing them to craft performances that range from delicate acoustic sets to full-band, dance-floor-filling shows. Their chemistry is undeniable, both musically and personally, creating a stage presence that’s warm, engaging, and electric.

They’ve lit up venues and festivals across Arizona, including the Prescott Cowboy Poetry Gathering, Road to Country Thunder, the Showlow Battle of the Bands, the Coconino and Maricopa County Fairs, and Good Morning Arizona. One of their most memorable performances was at the Taylor Rodeo, where they captivated a crowd of over 15,000 under the open desert sky. Audiences consistently praise their stunning vocal blend, original storytelling, and ability to make every listener feel like part of the family.

Currently, the Arizona Peaches are deep in the creative process, preparing to record their debut album in 2026. This album promises to be a powerful testament to their journey—woven with threads of tradition, harmony, and the untamed spirit of the American West.

With roots in faith, family, and the rugged landscapes of Arizona, the Arizona Peaches are more than a musical act—they’re a celebration of legacy, sisterhood, and the enduring power of song.
