The Pecatonica String Quartet prides ourselves on being able to delight audiences with our wide range of style and repertoire. From elegant classical compositions of Bach, Handel and Mozart to rockin' Led Zepplin, Queen and Journey; you name it, we've got it. We play light jazz standards, classic oldies and many fun party hits of today. Do you love the Beatles, Coldplay, Sigur Ros, U2, Jason Mraz, Rihanna, Metallica, Edward Sharpe or John Legend? We can play it all. And if something isn't on our extensive list Chris Dozoryst (our violist) can arrange your perfect song and make it a string quartet reality.

They are talented musicians who were a pleasure to work with. From setting our playlist to being accommodative with slight time change. I would love to hire them if I ever have a need again. We had a tornado warning at our event and had to vacate the room we were celebrating a family reunion in for ~40 minutes. They picked up their instruments and proceeded to play in the main public area for everyone that was quarantined during the warning. They brought so much joy to everyone and then they stayed over to play at our event due to the interruption. Beautiful music from beautiful people!

Amber was our contact with Pecatonica, she was professional, courteous and responded quickly to all of my questions. The team arrived in time, consulted with us and the venue and provided wonderful music for my dad’s memorial service. I would hire them again in a second.

PSQ played for our wedding ceremony and reception, and we couldn’t have been happier to have them as part of our big day! Amber was very kind and easy to work with leading up to the wedding, and the musicians delivered a stunning performance that exceeded anything we could’ve hoped for our wedding. We cannot recommend them enough!
